Ryan is the founder and owner of Three Tears Tattoo Parlor. Born, raised, and still residing in the North Hills of Pittsburgh. Ryan has served the local tattoo industry for over thirteen years. He commonly tattoos in black work and dot work styles but is not limited to them.

Rena is the co-founder of Three Tears Tattoo Parlor. She has been tattooing alongside Ryan for over 3 years now. As a newer artist in the industry Rena tattoos in a multitude of styles but particularly enjoys traditional/neo American and Japanese work and especially enjoys working in color.
